With this TDS-meter tester you can measure the conductivity of the osmosis water, tap, rain and mineral water etc. The device determines the sum of totally dissolsed solids (mobile charged ions, including salts, minerals, metals) in mg per unit volume of water (mg/L) also referred to as parts per million (ppm).Hold shortly the TDS-meter tester in water and read the exact ppm-value on the large LCD-Display. Pure water or osmosis water has a value of approx. 10-20 ppm. For values over 60 ppm the filter should be changed. Unlike filtered water, regular tap water has a conductance value of approx. 200-500 ppm.
