And if you're just spending an afternoon in your garden, why not prepare a tasty meal there too? The cooker has a nominal output of 8.0 kW when using a valve with a gas pressure of up to 37 mbar. When using a 50 mbar valve, the gas cooker achieves a maximum output of 10.5 kW. To use your gas cylinders optimally, you also need a corresponding connection. For this reason, this set contains a 1.5 m gas hose plus 50 mbar pressure regulator. The pressure regulator (also called pressure reducer) is the connection piece between the cooker and the gas bottle and regulates the pressure for the gas-operated device. Without it, the gas pressure could be too high or fluctuations could occur. Thanks to the pressure reducer, a constant millibar value is maintained. The pressure regulator directs the pressure coming from the gas cylinder through the valve, membrane, and spring. The inflowing pressure is regulated and adjusted to the required pressure. If the pressure increases, the valve will close itself, causing the pressure to decrease. As soon as the pressure drops, the valve opens again – constant gas pressure included.
