XPOtool Air Sheet Metal Shear 1.3 mm Metal Cutter

The XPOtool metal shear is the ideal tool for trimming, outlining and shearing various sheets, such as metal sheets or plastic panels. Thanks to these air shears, you can cut them the way you want. The metal cutter is operated with compressed air and can be used for materials (hard, soft, corrugated or plain) with a thickness of max. 1.3 mm. It is a powerful tool with a rotation speed of max. 3500 rpm. At the same time, it has a maximum pressure of 6.2 bar and an air consumption of approx. 170 l/m. The shear performs continuous up and down movements with a constant advance. Similar to a jigsaw, it pushes through the workpiece. The cutting is done with a "tooth" that moves along the fixed blade. With the pneumatic shear, workpieces can be cut without deforming the material or producing sparks. Instead, it glides effortlessly through sheet metal, plastic and similar materials.
