XPOtool Adjustable Hole Saw Ø40–300mm Circle Cutter with Drill & Cover

With this product, you obtain a hole saw that allows you to cut holes in different materials. The circle cutter consists of a scale with a central axis. This central axis is later used to hold the drill bit that is suitable for the material to be cut. The other end of the shaft will be connected to your drill (not included in the delivery). There is a blade on both the right and left side of the scale. The distance between these blades can be adjusted individually at 5 mm intervals. By adjusting this distance, you set the cutting range of your circle cutter.This product combines multiple cutting options in one single tool. Normally, you would need to use several different hole saws to obtain a wide range of sizes. With this cutter, however, you receive a tool that enables you to cut holes with a diameter of 40 to 300 mm.In order to make a round cut, set the desired diameter, place the pilot drill on the centre point of your material and operate the drilling machine. Next, the carbon steel blades start to rotate around the centre point. Due to the maximum speed of 500 rpm, the blades cut into the material and create a round cut. The circle cutter is suitable for various materials, e.g. wood, plastic, plasterboard, aluminium, brass, acrylic sheets, etc. The scope of delivery includes five drill bits and five stone drill bits, which must be selected according to the cutting material. To prevent dust and splinters from being ejected during use, the hole cutter is fitted with a protective cover made of ABS plastic. This cover is provided with a dust-tight silicone seal that sticks optimally to the surface.
