Urea Self Priming Delivery Pump 40l/min 230V/400W Feed Pump and Nozzle

To comply with the new EU emission regulations on the reduction of pollutant emissions, all diesel drivers are forced to refuel the additive AdBlue®. AdBlue® is a clear liquid causing a selective catalytic reduction inside a SCR catalyst. This special liquid is a mixture consisting of 67.5 % demineralised water and 32.5 % pure urea. Due to this non-toxic additive, the limit values are maintained, however without affecting the efficiency and performance of the engine. AdBlue® must not be filled into the diesel tank but the diesel vehicle has to be equipped with an additional tank especially for this liquid. For an uncomplicated filling of AdBlue® from, e.g., an IBC tank or barrel, the following solution is recommended: The set consisting of a self-priming diaphragm pump is mounted on a base plate. It has a manual plastic tap, 2 hoses with a plastic check valve, and various connection pieces. The AdBlue® pump has a voltage of 230 V. It has a delivery capacity of 40 ℓ/min. Its suction head is 5 m, the delivery head is 15 m, and the maximum working pressure is 2.8 bar. The ergonomically shaped tap without automatic switch-off is manufactured from solid plastic. It has a stainless-steel nozzle and perfectly suited for AdBlue®. The supplied black hoses are ONLY suitable for AdBlue®! The device has 1-inch hose connection pieces. This special pump is well-suited for an uncomplicated use of AdBlue®. It is easy to handle and maintain. For a pure environment. You can find the optional check valve with the article number 50637.
