Toboli Pizza Stone Cordierite for Gas Oven Turning Ø330mm Round

The round Toboli pizza stone has a diameter of 330 mm and is made of unglazed cordierite. The open-pored surface of the stone means that the excess moisture in the pizza dough can be easily absorbed, leaving the pizza crust nice and crispy. Furthermore, cordierite is particularly stable compared to fireclay and does not tear as quickly.With the pizza stone, the pizza is baked evenly, as the stone absorbs the heat and gives it off over its full surface, so that every part of the pizza base is reached. The stone can withstand temperatures of up to a maximum of 500 °C.The pizza stone is suitable for the Toboli gas pizza oven with turning function (WilTec item no. 63449), but can also be used with other pizza ovens if the dimensions and temperature conditions match.
