With the SunSun Upgrade Set 1 you can extend your CFB-350 to CBF-350B very quickly and easily.Perfect, if you are going to enlarge your pond.Through the expansion of the module pond filter the advanced pond filter is suitable for garden ponds up to 60000 liters instead of only for 12000 liters. This is important if you consider to enlarge your garden pond or if the 1-chamber-pond filter is not sufficient. All required parts and connectors are included in the delivery contect, as well as the filter sponges. A new pond filter capacity of approx. 60 litre, distributed throughout 1 chambers, it ensures a reliable of the water with minimum effort. The Filter is equipped with 2 coarse filter, 2 fine filters and 1 Japan-filter mat.Fundamental Functionality:Pond filter combine the mechanical and biological cleaning. Microorganisms settle on the filter material and remove germs and bacteria from the water. So the pond filter should be placed in the shadow and not be exposed to direct sunlight.UVC-pond clarifiers irradiate the water in a flow-through reactor with UV rays. The UV-C radiation destroys the swimmig algae. The algae agglutinate to large particles and ca be easily removed by means of mechanical filtering.Our UVC clarifiers modify the tertiary and the quaternary structure of the algae proteins by means of UV-radiation.
