In case of smoke development due to a smouldering fire etc., the emitted light is scattered and a part is reflected to the lens, triggering an audible 85 dB alarm.The fire detector is equipped with a test button to check that the device is working properly. If the battery should run low, the smoke alarm sounds a regular warning tone. These fire protection devices are certified according to the European product standard EN 14604: 2005/AC: 2008.The scope of delivery includes 20 smoke alarms.
