Piston Ring Strap Set 7 Pieces 73-111 mm with Piston Ring Pliers

This piston ring strap set simplifies the installation of pistons and allows for them to be inserted without being damaged. The set is only suitable for engines whose pistons are put into the cylinder from above and cannot be used for engines that require the cylinder to be placed on top of the piston as there would be no way to remove the ring strap without causing damage to both, the strap as well as the piston. Utilising the straps, the piston rings, which are placed in a groove on the outer diameter of the piston, are being pressed together and thereby kept in place. With the piston rings securely fixed, the piston can slowly and carefully be put into the cylinder. This set consists of 6 adjustable straps of different sizes (73-79 mm, 79-86 mm, 86-92 mm, 92-98 mm, 98-105 mm und 105-111 mm) and with a height of 40 mm as well as a pair of tension strip pliers. The set is delivered within a practical plastic case, making the transport and storage oft he tools easy and uncomplicated.
