Movable MIG – MAG Welder with 40–140Amp, 0.6–0.8mm Welding Wire

This mobile gas metal arc welding (GMAW) for MIG (metal inert gas) and MAG (metal active gas) welding enables precise welding with an adjustable spectrum of 40 – 140 amperes. The welding current can be adjusted in steps of 20 amperes. There are six settings: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 amperes.A shielding/ mixed gas is used when working with MIG and MAG welding, which protects the welding seam from oxidising. The device is designed to enable thin sheet welding with the same accuracy as in industry. The integrated thermal switch, regulates the device when it is overloaded. To cool the welder down effectively, it is equipped with a forced cooling via a fan. The cooling allows the MIG-MAG welder to work with maximal performance and prolongs its durability.Additionally, one can adjust the setting for a continuous wire feed, enabling to set the speed of the wire feeder to match the speed of the welding current. Wires with a thickness of 0.6 – 0.8 mm can be used. The gas afterflow time is 2 seconds.
