This HVLP varnish technology is characterised by its economical consumption of varnish. By this means, up to 30 % of varnish material can be saved! The 3 HVLP guns are outstanding not only for their fine pulverisation and minimal spray mist but also for the high carry-over rate. The nozzles are manufactured from stainless steel and therefore rust-free. The pressure reducer with a scale from 0–10 bar has a lockable threaded ring. It is infinitely variable. The desired paint flow is regulated by the means of an adjustment screw which is located in the lower part of the handle. The spray guns are completely demountable, thus facilitating a more thorough cleaning.
