Please consider the different size of the eggs and the different brooding temperatures.The pre-set temperature, 37.8 °C, can be modified via the LED display screen. An alert warns you about the actual temperature excessively deviating from the target temperature. The transport protection made of polystyrene can be used as additional protection against cold.The breeding machine comes with a roller tray adaptable to the size of the eggs. It is connected with the turning motor; thus, the eggs are rolled automatically and do not require turning by hand. However, turning is vital for a successful brood. It prevents the embryo from sticking to the eggshell and dying. A short time before hatching, the eggs can be placed onto the trellis integrated.There are other components: a fan, making for a good air circulation; a hole in the lid, making for a good oxygen supply; a smart air-humidity regulation system. For this purpose, a commercial plastic bottle filled with water is screwed onto the water tank supplied. The water penetrates slowly and regularly the breeding machine via a thin hose.The breeder is made of transparent plastic; thus, you can observe its inside easily. The integrated egg-candler is a special feature.Should there be a blackout, the fully automatic surface breeder can be connected to a 12-V battery so that the hatching process is not interrupted.
