If you are only looking for a spot in the shadow, the side parts can be removed. The roof provides shade and UV protection (50+). At the same time, there is enough air circulation all around. The assembly and disassembly of the side parts is very easy with hook and loop tape. Even when all sides are attached, it is bright inside the pavilion. This is possible thanks to the big windows.
