This tester is used for the checking, adjusting and calibrating of the injector opening pressure. The device is suitable for most diesel injectors except for CDI injectors and unit injectors.Its universal application makes it ideal for carrying out leakage, spray, and rattle characteristic tests on R, S, and T nozzle sizes, as well as for checking the opening pressure, spray pattern, nozzle seat tightness, beam shape, and chattering.The tester is equipped with a 9 cm (3.5 ") pressure gauge with a gauge scale of 0 to 600 bar (0-60 MPa), a 400 mm long hand lever and a iron fuel tank with an integrated filter.
