Airbrush Gun Type 182K 0.3 0.5 0.8 mm Nozzle Double Action Function

This advanced airbrush gun is not only suitable for professionals. The model is delivered with three nozzles with a diameter of 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 mm. It is therefore especially suitable for roughly pigmented paints and varnishes. Thanks to the spacious paint cup with a capacity of 20 mℓ, this model can also be used for ample paint applications and primers. The regulation of airflow and paint volume is ensured by a double-action system. The required paint flow volume can be set with the adjusting screw at the end of the handle. The air flow volume can be set with the adjusting screw located below the paint cup.Our airbrush guns achieve an excellent spray pattern and are manufactured without plastic parts. They can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning.The airbrush guns are connected to a compressor via a 9.51-mm (⅛″) male thread located directly at the gun.A suitable airbrush fabric hose of 1.8 m length is also included in the scope of delivery.Description of the double-action function (DA) ‌The term “single action gun” refers to guns whose air volume is regulated with only one lever and the paint volume adjusted with another regulator. In a double-action airbrush gun, however, both air and paint volume are controlled with the same lever: Pressing down the lever regulates the airflow; pulling back the lever adjusts the paint volume. By pressing the lever downwards, the compressed air flows out of the gun through the needle cap. The paint only emerges from the nozzle when the operating lever is pulled backwards. It is sprayed onto the object by means of compressed air. The further the lever is pulled back, the more paint will be sprayed. This certainly requires some practice, but the air regulation can also be controlled via the compressor. It is therefore recommended to use a double-action airbrush gun right from the start.
